Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Roll application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Roll is a poker session tracking and bankroll management application. The App is provided by Roll Poker ("we," "us," or "our").

Roll is designed for personal poker session tracking and bankroll management. The App does not facilitate, host, or enable any form of gambling or real-money wagering. Users of all ages may use the App. If you are under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you have obtained such permission if required. If you are a parent or guardian and you provide consent for your child to use the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of your child.

Roll is a record-keeping and analytics tool. Important clarifications: • Roll does NOT facilitate gambling or betting of any kind • Roll does NOT process, hold, or transfer any money or funds • Roll does NOT connect to or interface with any gambling platforms • All data entered into the App is self-reported by users for personal tracking purposes • The App is similar to a fitness tracker or expense tracker—it records information you provide Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for ensuring their poker activities comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

To use certain features of the App, you may create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring the information you provide is accurate • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App ("User Content"), including session records, notes, and bankroll information. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you. We do not share your User Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time through the App's settings.

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware • Collect or harvest user data without authorization • Use automated systems to access the App without permission • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your session data, including buy-ins, cash-outs, and game statistics, is stored securely and used solely to provide App functionality. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Roll Poker and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Roll name, logo, and any related trademarks are the property of Roll Poker. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including authentication providers and analytics services. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses • The accuracy of any calculations, statistics, or analytics • The App will meet your specific requirements • Any defects in the App will be corrected You acknowledge that any reliance on data or analytics provided by the App is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLL POKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Loss of profits or revenue • Loss of data or data corruption • Decisions made based on App analytics • Inability to access or use the App • Any other intangible losses Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roll Poker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity • Any User Content you submit to the App

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by: • Posting the updated Terms in the App • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms • Sending a notification through the App (for significant changes) Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should stop using the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's settings. Upon termination: • Your right to use the App will cease immediately • We may delete your User Content after a reasonable period • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roll Poker regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
